Not many of us are trained first aiders but want to help when we find someone in distress. St John Ambulance has created an app for iOS and Android with clear instructions for a large range of situations.

I’ve downloaded it to improve my minor first aid skills. Now I know that if I find someone needing help when I am out and about then I can give them better assistance.
